NEW YORK, Dec. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh from a run of fall dates that introduced Daniel Lanois' Black Dub as a sensational live show that was met with rave reviews and accolades, the 4-piece super group comprised of Lanois, Trixie Whitley, Brian Blade and Daryl Johnson, has announced a string of west coast dates for the new year.

For those that have not had the privilege of experiencing the phenomenon that is Black Dub on stage, the group has released a reel of live footage from their recent east coast run that demonstrates exactly what is not to be missed. The video, which is available on Soundspike.com (< click to view) features live versions of the tracks, "Last Time," "Surely," "Love Lives" and "Nomad," all shot beautifully by the talented Adam Vollick.

Black Dub, the highly anticipated self-titled debut album was released earlier this fall on Jive Records. Primarily recorded live, the album's eleven tracks cook up an undeniable concoction of rock, blues, dub, reggae, and soul.
