Selection of Board Member Candidates

Tokyo, Japan – At Sony Corporation’s*1 recent Nominating Committee meeting, the following candidates were nominated as Members of Sony Group Corporation’s Board of Directors. The nominees are subject to the approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held in June 2021.

*3 After retiring from the member of the Board, Kazuo Matsunaga will be retained as Senior Advisor to provide advice to the management of Sony Group Corporation from a broad perspective.
