Open Wide/Monument/Columbia Records invite the domestic and international media to the Central Park Boathouse on Thursday, February 20, for a media conference with the Grammy-winning Dixie Chicks, America's most popular country group. The Dixie Chicks and Home, their current 5x platinum album, are currently in the running for seven Grammy Awards including Album Of The Year, Best Country Album, Best Country Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal, and Best Country Instrumental.

The Dixie Chicks, the only female group in history to have earned two RIAA Diamond Award certifications (presented for sales in excess of 10 millions copies), will make an eagerly-anticipated major announcement at the media conference.
