311 to Release Their Seventh Studio Album 'Evolver' on July 22nd

311 are in the studio finishing up their seventh studio album entitled "Evolver" for Volcano/Jive Records. The band has been recording for the past few months at their own Hive Studios in Los Angeles, with producer Ron Saint Germain (311, Creed, Bad Brains, Soundgarden).

"Evolver," slated for release July 22nd, 2003, will be an enhanced CD which will include interviews with 311 band members, concert footage and a mini documentary on the making of the album cover.

Tracks on "Evolver" include "Creatures For A While," "Seems Uncertain," "Beyond The Gray Sky," and "Crack The Code."

The first leg of 311's U.S. tour will start on the West Coast July 15th and run though September 8th. Tour dates to be announced shortly.
