Justin Timberlake Announces NYC Show Post MTV Awards; Senorita Marks Fourth Consecutive Top 10 Single

Jive recording artist Justin Timberlake will play a special concert in New York city on Thursday, August 28th at Roseland Ballroom immediately following the MTV Music Awards ceremony. This show comes on the heels of three sold-out Justified & Stripped tour dates in the New York metropolitan area. Timberlake's post MTV Awards concert will resemble his scaled down club show, which he's performed in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia and New York. These club performances have garnered Justin critical acclaim as an artist of reverence. "He displayed the stage presence of a young Frank Sinatra, musical chops that rivaled Jacko before he went wacko and a white-boy cool all his own" exclaimed New York Post. Tickets for this post MTV Awards concert go on sale Saturday August 23rd at Noon at all Ticketmaster outlets.

Senorita, the current single from Timberlake's triple-platinum solo disc Justified, marks the fourth consecutive single to enter in the top ten on radio's Top 40 Singles Chart. The video for Senorita was directed by Paul Hunter (Eminem, Missy Elliott, Mary J. Blige, Lenny Kravitz) and has been #1 on MTV's TRL for over a week.

Timberlake is currently on his co-headlining tour with Christina Aguilera. The Justified & Stripped tour wraps up on September 2nd in St. Paul, MN.
