Singer Tony Bennett to Perform Doubleheader Fundraising Events for Representative Dick Gephardt on December 11

Legendary performer and multiple-Grammy winner Tony Bennett will lend his talents to two back-to-back fundraising events for Rep. Dick Gephardt in support of Gephardt's campaign to win the Democratic presidential primary.

On Thursday, December 11, Bennett will perform at a dinner reception held at a private townhouse in Manhattan and will then go directly to The Canal Room, located at 285 W. Broadway and perform for attendees there as well. Rep. Gephardt will join Bennett at both events.

The events are being chaired by Danny Bennett, the singer's son and manager, as well as the members of the New York Leadership Committee. The townhouse event has giving levels of $500 and upwards for attendance and is being held from 8-10 PM. The Canal Room event is a $50 ticket for admission with a student discount of $25.00 and is scheduled from 9:30-11:30 PM.
