Usher Nabs Three at the 47th Annual Awards

Jive Recording artist Britney Spears won her first ever Grammy at the 47th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles for Best Dance Recording -- "Toxic," from her multi-platinum selling album "In The Zone." Britney has previously been nominated six times for a Grammy. Recently "Toxic" was voted #5 on the Village Voice's "2004 Pazz and Jop" singles list.

Britney has sold 28 million albums in the U.S. and over 60 million worldwide since her debut "Baby One More Time" in 1999.

In addition to a spectacular performance of "Caught Up" and a duet of "Sex Machine" with the legendary singer James Brown, Usher took home 3 Grammy Awards for R&B Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals: "My Boo," Usher and Alicia Keys; Contemporary R&B Album: "Confessions," Usher; Rap/Sung Collaboration: "Yeah!" Usher featuring Lil' Jon and Ludacris.

Usher has a Showtime TV special airing live from Puerto Rico on March 5th. His DVD "Rhythm City, Vol. 1: Caught Up" hits streets March 8th.

Usher's "Confessions" has sold 8 million albums in the U.S., 13 million worldwide. Since his debut, Usher has sold 25 million albums worldwide.
