'Wheel of Fortune' and Sony Electronics Join Forces With Circuit City to Award $250,000 in Prizes

Wheel of Fortune, a production of Sony Pictures Television, has signed an agreement with Sony Electronics, Circuit City Stores, Inc. and Sony Card Marketing & Services to introduce the Sony Winner Wonderland Sweepstakes. Ten lucky Wheel of Fortune viewers will win $25,000 worth of products from Sony Electronics for their home.
This four-week holiday promotion will reach millions of consumers through strategic and targeted messaging on Wheel of Fortune, in Circuit City stores across the country and on Wheel of Fortune's and Circuit City's websites.
Beginning November 27 and continuing through December 11, 2005, nine million pre-printed Sony Winner Wonderland Sweepstakes game pieces, featuring a Wheel of Fortune Bonus Puzzle Solution, will be available in more than 620 Circuit City retail stores nationwide. In order to participate in the Sony Winner Wonderland Sweepstakes, viewers can either visit Circuit City stores to pick up their free Sony Winner Wonderland Sweepstakes game piece or log on to www.wheeloffortune.com or www.circuitcity.com. These games pieces feature a discount coupon, which can be used on purchases at any Circuit City location from November 27, 2005 through January 31, 2006.
During the week of December 12-16, viewers will be encouraged to watch Sony Winner Wonderland Week on Wheel of Fortune. If the Bonus Puzzle Solution on their game piece matches the one in the show, they will be eligible to be one of ten lucky $25,000 Sony Super Grand Prize winners. The deadline to enter each day's sweepstakes is 5 p.m. EST the following day, and viewers may enter once daily throughout the sweepstakes.
When a match is made, viewers mail in their winning Sony Winner Wonderland Sweepstakes game piece or submit it online to www.wheeloffortune.com, to be eligible to win one of the ten $25,000 Sony Super Grand Prizes, consisting of the latest state-of-the-art Sony Electronics products, including high definition televisions, home theater systems, VAIO® PCs, Handycam® camcorders and Cyber-shot® digital still cameras.
If a Sony Super Grand Prize winner is also a Sony Card holder, the viewer will win an additional $5,000 worth of Sony products.
