The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. (HFA), a leading U.S. music rights licensing organization, and Gracenote®, a provider of lyrics for digital music applications, have entered into a digital lyrics licensing arrangement, for uses including lyric delivery with permanent downloads, CD playback, online subscription services, lyrics search, mobile services, and consumer devices. HFA's over 37,000 represented publishing catalogs will have the option of licensing Gracenote Lyrics™ by participating in this agreement.
