At CES Gracenote will be demonstrating the following capabilities of MediaLink:

  -- Smart Search
-- Want to know more about what you're watching?
-- MediaLink delivers rich related content on the current program
being watched your mobile phone. You can identify actors in
the scene, directors of the movie, songs in the soundtrack,
plus many other facts and information.
  -- Smart Control
-- Want to find a specific actor, song or chapter?
-- MediaLink allows for command and control of on screen
programming. Click the actor, song or chapter on your mobile
phone and go instantly to where they appear in the movie or TV
show without having to scan the scene.
-- Want to see all of the programs and movies you can watch on any
          device?
-- MediaLink provides a unified user interface on every device
where the user can view all of their personal media library

Big UCLA basketball fan? You can search "Bruins" on your
mobile phone or TV and instantly see the "UCLA Basketball -
Team of Destiny" DVD in your collection, upcoming games that
will be aired on TV and the John Wooden documentary available
              on VOD.
  -- Smart Synchronization
-- Want all of your devices to talk to each other and know what
          you're watching or listening to?
-- MediaLink provides a media synchronization capability that
allows users to start playing a movie on their living room TV,
and then have it transferred to their PC when they go
upstairs. Or, start a playlist on their PC and have it pick up
right where they left off on their mobile phone when they head
              to the gym.

MediaLink makes entertainment better through unifying the user experience and providing deep and rich information, plus never-before available capabilities for search and discovery.
