Sony Corporation Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter Ended December 31, 2014

Tokyo, March 17, 2015 -- Sony Corporation (“Sony”) today announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 (October 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014).

On February 4, 2015, Sony announced third quarter results for each of its segments, with the exception of the Pictures segment, and third quarter forecasts for consolidated results and the Pictures segment based on the information available to management at that time. Consolidated results and Pictures segment results have been updated to reflect actual results.
